Product license
One license covers every OddFrame Supply system. In short: the output you make with it is yours, commercially, including client work. The product files themselves stay ours and stay with you.
Draft — legal review required
This document is a plain-language working draft written for clarity, not a substitute for legal advice. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should be checked against the laws of your jurisdiction before this store trades commercially.

What you are granted
On completed purchase, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased system for your own creative and commercial production work.
- Use the methods, frameworks and workflows on unlimited personal projects.
- Use them on unlimited paid client projects, including work you are commissioned for.
- Fill in, duplicate and adapt the templates, sheets, logs and checklists for your own productions and for the specific client engagements you deliver.
- Monetise the videos, reels, music videos and content produced with the system, anywhere.
- Keep using every version you have downloaded, indefinitely.
No attribution is required, and no royalty is owed on anything you make.
- 02
Who the license belongs to
The license is granted to one person or one legal entity — the purchaser. If you are a studio or agency, one purchase covers the individuals inside that entity who are working on your productions.
It does not extend to a separate business, a client's internal team, a partner agency, or a community/membership you run. Those need their own purchase.
- 03
What you may not do
The product files are licensed, not sold. Regardless of format, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise distribute the original files.
- Share, upload or re-host the files — including on public drives, forums, Discord servers, torrent sites, LMS platforms, or AI training corpora.
- Repackage, rewrite, translate or restructure the material into a competing product, course, membership, coaching curriculum, template shop or newsletter series.
- Deliver the source templates or manuals to a client as a deliverable in their own right.
- Remove version markers, credits or notices from the files.
- Claim authorship of the system or present it as your own methodology for sale.
The line is simple: sell what you make with it, not the thing itself. A filled-in shot list inside a project you are delivering is fine. Handing over the blank template library, or teaching it as your paid product, is not.
- 04
Client work in detail
You may use the system to plan, shoot, transform, edit and deliver work for a paying client, and you may include completed planning documents (a specific shot list, continuity sheet, generation log or edit map for that job) in what you hand over, because those are records of their project.
You may not hand over the blank template set, the manual, or the recipe cards so that the client can run the process without a license of their own.
- 05
AI models and generated output
The transformation recipes are model-neutral instructions written by us. You are free to use them with whichever tools you choose, and you own the resulting frames and footage to the extent that the law and your chosen tool's terms allow.
You must still comply with the terms of the AI services you use, and with the rights of any people, music, brands or locations that appear in your source footage. Nothing here grants rights over third-party material.
You may not use the product files as training data for a machine-learning model or as source material for a generated derivative product.
- 06
Updates and versioning
Every system carries a version number. Purchasers receive updates to the version line they bought at no additional cost, and access is tied to the account used at checkout.
If a system is ever retired, previously purchased versions remain licensed to you under these terms.
- 07
Refunds
These are digital products delivered instantly. Because the whole product is accessible the moment it is downloaded, purchases are non-refundable once a download has been issued.
If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or clearly not what the product page described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it. See the FAQ for how that works in practice.
- 08
Termination
This license ends automatically if you redistribute or repackage the files. On termination you must stop using and delete the product files. Work you already produced and delivered under the license stays licensed.
- 09
No warranty on results
The systems document a professional process. They do not guarantee any particular creative, commercial, audience or platform outcome. The material is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about licensing
If your use case sits somewhere between these clauses — a teaching studio, a large production company, an in-house brand team — ask us. Write to support@oddframesupply.com or use the contact form. See also our terms and privacy policy.
