Terms of sale and use

These terms apply whenever you use this site or buy a system from OddFrame Supply. They sit alongside the license, which governs what you may do with the files themselves.

   Who you are dealing with

   OddFrame Supply is an independent studio publishing digital production systems. Contact address: support@oddframesupply.com. The full trading entity, registered address and any applicable tax numbers will be listed here before the store begins trading.

2. 02

   Current trading status

   Checkout is not connected. No order can be placed, no payment can be taken and no download can be issued right now. Prices, product descriptions and these terms are published in advance so that they are visible before the store opens. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until checkout is live.

3. 03

   What we sell

   Every product is a downloadable digital production system: written manuals, worked examples, templates, sheets, logs and checklists. There is no physical shipment, no software application, no live coaching and no community access unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

   Product pages describe what is actually inside the current version. If a deliverable changes between versions, the page is updated to match the version on sale.

4. 04

   Prices and tax

   Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; the price displayed at the moment of purchase is the one that applies to your order. Bundle comparison figures are the honest sum of the individual list prices of the included systems.

   Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies to your billing country, it is calculated and shown by the payment provider at checkout.

   Payment and card data

   Payment will be handled by a third-party provider through its own hosted checkout. We never collect, transmit or store raw card details, and this site only ever receives a session reference and the result of the transaction. Your order is accepted when the provider confirms payment and we issue your entitlement.

6. 06

   Delivery

   Delivery is electronic and immediate on successful payment. Files are made available inside your account and by an emailed link. Links are short-lived and re-issuable; the entitlement in your account is the permanent record.

   Files are never published to a public URL. If a link expires, sign in and request a fresh one from your downloads page.

7. 07

   Refunds and cancellation

   By completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right for digital goods is lost once the download has been issued. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable after download.

   We will still make it right if the product is faulty, materially different from its description, or if you were charged twice or in error. Contact us within 30 days with your order reference. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have locally.

8. 08

   Your account

   Once accounts are live, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity carried out under your account. Entitlements are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used to redistribute product files.

9. 09

   Acceptable use of this site

   • Do not attempt to access files, storage buckets or accounts you have not paid for.
   • Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site or its assets.
   • Do not probe, load-test or interfere with the site's security or availability.
   • Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content through any form.

    Intellectual property

    All manuals, templates, copy, layout, illustration systems and brand marks on this site belong to OddFrame Supply and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a system grants the rights set out in the license and nothing more.

    No guaranteed results

    Our products document a professional process. We make no promise about views, reach, revenue, client acquisition or creative outcome, and we deliberately publish no ratings, testimonials or sales figures we cannot substantiate. Results depend on your work.

12. 12

    Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost projects or lost data. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

13. 13

    Changes and governing law

    We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order governs that order. The governing law and jurisdiction will be stated here alongside the trading entity before the store opens, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
